Shipping, returns and exchanges
All orders are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx or Royal Mail. Next day delivery is available in the EU and parts of North America.
Free shipping is applied to orders over £100 for UK customers and orders over £200 for the Rest of the World.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return or exchange your item(s) please email email@example.com stating what you would like to send back and your reasons for doing so.
Mason & Sons will then email you a link to book your free collection with your local DHL courier.
Exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is free on the replacement item; if you are based outside of the EU you may be charged import taxes and duties when you receive your item.
Any returned items must be in their original condition, unused and with their original packaging, with all labels and garment tags still attached within 30 days of receipt of your goods.
Goods may be taken out of the packaging to assess fit or suitability, but the packaging must not be thrown away as it will need to be returned with your goods in order for them to be eligible for exchange.
Any goods that have been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged. Underwear and swimwear may be tried on to assess fit and suitability over underwear.
Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount against the original form of tender.
None of the above terms or conditions affects your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
TAXES & DUTIES
Customers within the EU will be charged VAT at 20% which is included in the price at checkout.
Customers outside of the EU receive a 20% VAT discount but will be subject to import duties payments when they receive their goods.
Customs charges vary dependant on the import country and we cannot, unfortunately, offer advice on these fees; for further information regarding customs and import duties, please contact your local customs office.
